The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has launched a digital amplification campaign focused on enhancing digital literacy among Indonesia’s youth. This initiative is designed to equip young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the digital world responsibly and effectively. Through engaging and educational content, the campaign seeks to foster a generation that is not only aware of the opportunities and challenges of the digital age but also empowered to use technology to improve their lives and communities.
At the heart of the campaign are two compelling taglines: #MakinHepii and #BedaTapiSatu. #MakinHepii highlights the benefits of being digitally literate, encouraging youth to explore how smart digital habits can lead to greater productivity, creativity, and enjoyment in their everyday lives. Meanwhile, #BedaTapiSatu celebrates Indonesia’s rich diversity under the national motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika—Unity in Diversity—emphasizing that, despite differences, shared values can unite and inspire collective growth in the digital era.
